Refund & Return Policy At Thaamarai, we strive for perfection in every shipment. To maintain the highest quality standards, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed, except in the event of a damaged or defective product.

How to Report a Damaged Item:

  • Video Requirement: To be eligible for a refund, you must record an unboxing video starting from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the defect. This is mandatory for us to process your request.
  • Timeframe: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 9037721905) or email (thamaraiboutique2025@gmail.com) with your order details and video evidence.
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping: Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, untampered with, and have all tags attached.
  • Nature of Handloom: Minor color variations due to lighting, or slight weaving irregularities and thread pulls inherent to the hand-weaving process, are not considered defects.
